Electrical installations and home automation for maximum comfort.
In the 36 Quercus homes, PROINSERMANT has relied on the Schneider Electric brand for the electrical and home automation installations. Low-voltage electrical switchboards have been installed in both the flats and the communal areas, with the most complete and innovative ranges on the market to maximise efficiency and reduce costs.
As for the home automation installation, the KNX system has been used, with SpaceLogic actuators from Schneider Electric, with innovative but intuitive functions like those of a mobile phone or tablet for residential systems. The lighting, blinds and temperature are controlled from a single touch screen.
