Since its inception, PROINSERMANT has been synonymous with quality and excellence. Founded in 1981 by Brígido Sepúlveda, PROINSERMANT has been responsible for the technical installations of 90% of the most prestigious developments in Marbella. Its specialty lies in the integration of water and energy in Smart Home and traditional homes. The company has established itself as a benchmark on the Costa del Sol and nationally, offering comprehensive solutions in all phases of a project’s life.
Under Brígido’s vision, PROINSERMANT has created technical installations in high-end villas in exclusive areas such as La Zagaleta or Sierra Blanca. Furthermore, Sepúlveda, with his vision for the future, established a Research and Development division, which later became the Smart Home department. This division not only focuses on improving the quality of life, safety and enjoyment of housing, but also promotes sustainability and energy efficiency.
In 2005, Brígido made the decision to pass the baton to his son, Carlos Sepúlveda, as CEO, and to Roque Justicia as managing director. This transition marked a new era for PROINSERMANT.
